In the winter the only way to get to Beano’s Cabin is a 20 minute open air sleigh ride pulled by a Snow CAT.
Sleighs begin at 5:00pm, departing every half hour.
Adults enjoy a 5-course menu for $125 per person.
Children under 13 may enjoy a 3-course children’s menu for $75.
A reduced rate for the 3-course children’s menu is available before 7:00pm. Join us for our family seating on any of the first four sleighs at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30pm to receive the children’s menu for $55.
Prices are for the meal and sleigh ride only. Taxes, gratuity, alcohol, and beverages are additional.
While we do not offer an à la carte menu, the menu is not prix fixe and guests have their choice from a variety of options within the courses. Sample menus are available under the “Food & Drink” section.

The award winning restaurant sits atop the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort within the White River National Forest. Nestled in a mountain meadow that was once a lettuce patch and home to the pioneer farmer and restaurant namesake Frank “Beano” Bienkowski, this luxurious log cabin truly elevates fine dining into a feast for the senses!
Ascending to Beano’s Cabin awakens the appetite for the gourmet menu that is accompanied by a breathtaking wine list. The ride to Beano’s Cabin provides spectacular views of towering Grouse Mountain and Larkspur Bowl. Upon arrival, a cozy stone hearth and blazing fire welcomes you to chase away the evening chill lingering from the excursion up. Antler chandeliers light up the vaulted ceilings and make the wall of windows in the dining room shine. An open kitchen design allows guests to immediately enjoy the sights and smells from prime cuts of Colorado game that are prepared over an open flame grill.
Along with our unique transportation and location we offer a culinary adventure for the senses with a 5-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Bill Greenwood. Chef’s menu highlights Colorado cuisine with wild game options and hearty, flavorful dishes. A 3-course menu is available for children under 13 years old.
Our Commitment to the Environment
Beaver Creek Mountain facilities, operated by Vail Resorts Management Company, are located within the White River National Forest and are under permit from the Forest Service, U.S.D.A. Beano’s Cabin is committed to keeping the national forest green and is an active participant of conserving energy with Beaver Creek’s “The Next Ten” initiative. “The Next Ten” is the goal of reducing our overall energy consumption by another 10% by 2020. Along with updating and replacing lighting and equipment at Beano’s Cabin to be more energy efficient, for the past three years Beaver Creek’s on-mountain restaurants have been diverting back-of-the-house food waste from the landfill. This past season we were able to divert nearly two tons of food scraps each week from the landfill.
